WB-Busser Universal Machine for the production of processed cheese,
convenience products, vegan spreads and confectionery. The bowl is
equiped with a double jacket for heating/cooling on the jacket
including all valves, 2x direct steam injection nozzles for direct
injection of (culinair) steam inside the product, temperature sensor
inside the product, 2x mixing blades, max working pressure in the bowl
1,5 bar (protected with overpressure valve), max temperature in the
bowl 127 °C, vacuum connection on the bowl, dearation connection on
the bowl, open infeed hopper (3 liter) with valve for adding powders,
water dosing system with Endress & Hauser flowmeter, opening of the
lid with pneumatic cylinder, scraper of the wall is electric driven
(0,75 kW - ± 25 rpm), 2 manual tightening clamps. Main motor for the
cutting knife: 380 Volt - 50 Hz - 18,5 kW - 300 till 3.000 rpm. Vacuum
pump (30 H653732 m3/h - 0,75 kW). Main control panel with Siemens
S7-300 PLC and Siemens SIMATIC OP17 operation panel in which you can
