Year of production: 1986 Serial number: 50 166 N and the machine was
overhauled in 2003 with modernization of electrical control. The
machine was equipped with a new SIEMENS automatic controller and new
SIEMENS drives.
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MACHINE
The basic feature of the machine is a fixed portal, a sliding table.
The portal has a height-adjustable crossbar, which is equipped with
one or two vertical headstocks in the VFS 160 design. Furthermore, the
portal is equipped with one or two side (horizontal) VFS 160
headstocks.
These types of headstocks can be fitted with additional spindle heads,
up to 4 pieces available.
The clamping surface of the machine consists of two connected clamping
tables, which after disconnection can be used individually (only one
is always functional).
