Description

collaboration with manufacturers of prepared foods. Precisely
controlled processes result in high product quality and repeatability.
The highly flexible system produces a wide range of food products. The
compact system combines several process steps in a single machine.
These are mixing, dispersing, downsizing, heating, cooling,
pasteurizing, deaerating, and emulsifying. Liquid and solid ingredient
processing as well as particle incorporation can be performed. In
addition, the products can be processed both hot and cold. Main
