High-end sawing center SIGMA IMPACT 105 C 32 with numerical control
for high-precision and high-quality cutting of coated and uncoated
boards from various types of materials (solid wood, chipboard, MDF,
chipboard).
The design of the machine allows for high-quality cutting of material
in a package, i.e. several sheets at the same time in a pack. The
number of sheets processed in one pass is determined by the maximum
lift of the main saw (105 mm). The control of all working operations
by CNC provides high processing speed and geometric accuracy of
manufactured parts. The clamping beam ensures the E561673 perfect
workmanship of all parts in the pack, excluding chips during
processing.
The software of the machine allows the machine to be integrated into
an automatic production line in the Net Iine system, which has the
ability to issue cutting charts in accordance with the task received
from the design program.
