press brake rb. 1990/2012, type DNCS 110-3100.
Press rebuilt by the manufacturer in 2012.
CNC-controlled synchronous machine DNCS ARA- controlled axes- Y1; Y2;
R; Crow - Wila table deflection compensation controlled by CNC.
In addition, a hydraulic matrix for sheet metal folding-flattening,
type DT005, controlled by CNC.
The machine is equipped with an automatic sheet support system during
bending and flattening at 2 heights.
Hydraulic punch clamping. 4 bumper fingers with precision.
Pressure 110 t x working length 3100.
Between the sides 2600 mm. Machine weight 8.3 t. Drives 7.5 kW.
Protection of the working area with infrared.
A set of Amada / Trumpf system tools for the E661673 entire length of
the machine, die V = 8 mm / angle 28 degrees and punch 28 degrees / h
= 105 mm. This enables the 6 mm long window sill to be folded and
flattened.
