The complete line for extrusion of OMAM (co-extrusion) film consists
of a set of devices that, in combination, enable the processing of
thermoplastic materials, mainly polystyrene (HIPS) with a thickness of
0.2-2.5mm and a width of up to 1000mm (for film) and 0.5- 3.0mm and
width up to 1000mm
(for plates). Equipment production year 1996.

 Additional devices cooperating with the OMAM line constituting the
complete closing of the E561673 production cycle of the finished
product are:
I. DFD adsorption dryer with drying tanks DH 30-8000 liters by Labotek
for hygroscopic and non-hygroscopic drying of granulated material and
regranulate in the temperature range of 40-200 degrees Celsius. The
device was manufactured in 2006.
II. Plate cutting machine made by SML / SCHRODER D-82405. Year
2000.
A set of extruders (co-extrusion) are able to produce a film web in
the thickness range of 0.2-2.5mm and width up to 1000mm, and sheets in
the thickness range 0.5-3.0mm and width up to 1000mm.
