NovaPak D2500 is a flexible, compact, automatic rotary filling and
sealing machine, fully enclosed using minimum floor space. It can
cater for various size and shape of container and offers a machine
mounted container dispenser unit and location system to accurately
control container stacks. A detection system is integrated as standard
to offer âno-container; no-operationâ facility
The machine includes a filling system (manufactured from 316 grade
stainless steel) complete with product tank. Interchangeable filling
nozzles enable a vast range of products to be deposited with care,
whilst the combination of diverter valve and variable volumetric pump
system provides accuracy. Additional flexibility is available by
utilizing optional filling and dosing systems in combination to offer
larger fill capacities and/or multiple fill products.
A heat seal system is fitted as standard offering the advantages of
hermetic sealing adopting alternative forms of flexible pre-cut lids
in both aluminium or plastic form, flat diaphragm or of E561673
formed design. An automatic detection system is included to alert the
operator of a missing lid.
The NovaPak D2500 is predominantly driven by mechanical mechanisms and
employing a fully independent electro/pneumatic control system. Modern
PLC, variable frequency drive and touchscreen HMI provide all control
logic requirements integrated with a centralized pneumatic control
system. Safety design is paramount and the machine is supplied fully
guarded including full access guards with intelligent safety
monitoring system to ensure the emergency stop function is
