The machine is adapted to the specific requirements of working in wet
conditions.
All drives are built into the machine body in a covered manner, under
the table plate.
The machine body is covered on the sides with transparent safety glass
panes. The body, table plate and all stations mounted on it are made
exclusively of stainless steel or anodized aluminum.
The drum motor moves the plate conveyor and the product-safe bucket
conveyor in rhythm. All driving movements of the stations are
performed using E661673 cam and lever mechanisms as well as pneumatic
actuators.
The work and drive area has been designed in a clear and practical
way. This area is protected on all sides by security doors or metal
covers.
Efficiency: Depending on the size of the bucket, between 5 and 12
cycles/min.
