Two (2) aluminium roll forming production lines for the production of
spacer bars for double glazing.
- Dimension of machines: 18-20m length and 4m width
- Dimension of welding unit and cooler: 4m length and 2m width
- Min. and max. speed: from 90m/min up to 170m/min
- Energy power from 76kwatt up to 120kwatt
Each line consists of the following parts:
1) Decoiler
2) Base machine
3) Welding unit EMMEDI
4) Cooling unit
5) Degreasing unit
6) Electronic flying shear
7) Exit Bench
The groups of rollers available per type of product are as follows:
For the production of bendable spacers with height
6,5mm: 5,5 8,5 9,5 11,5 14,5 15,5 19,5
Number of groups: 7
Number of auxiliary groups 7
For the production of normal (not bendable) spacers with height 6.5mm:
5,5 6,5 7,5 8,5 9,5 11,5 13,5 14,5 15,5 17,5 19,5
Number of groups: 6
Number of auxiliary groups 3
The aluminium coils’ thicknesses suitable for the machine are as
follows:
- For bendable spacers 5.5: 0.38mm
- For all other E561673 sizes of bendable spacers: 0.33mm
- For the normal spacers (not bendable), sizes from 5.5 to 15.5: it
can be either 0.24mm or 0.27mm
- For the normal spacers (not bendable) 17.5 & 19.5: 0.33mm
