Three-layer cast extrusion line for the production of stretch film,
made in Italy. Commissioning - 2005. The maximum real productivity is
up to 800 kg/h depending on the thickness of the produced film. The
winding speed of finished products is up to 350 m/min. Film thickness
from 15 to 50 microns. Web width 1800 -2000 mm. Width of rolls of
finished products from 125 mm. The structure of the produced film is
A/B/C, the ratio of layers is 16/68/16.
The composition of the line: three extruders are included, each of
which works on one layer of film. Three Doteco dispensers are
installed on each of the extruders, which allows mixing up to three
components in each layer. The extruders are equipped with heating
elements and cooling fans to maintain the set temperature.
The line also includes:
fitblock, where the formation of the film structure is carried out; -
extrusion head with thermal bolts installed on it; - film cooling unit
consisting of two cooling drums (chill-rolls); - E561673 system of
vacuum clamping of the web to the chill-roll; - devices for
electrostatic clamping of edges; - an infrared system for measuring
the thickness of the produced film, connected to thermal bolts mounted
on the extrusion head. This allows you to automatically adjust the
thickness during the production of finished products; - oscillation
device; - a winder for finished products, on which the web is cut to
the required size and wound into rolls; - robotic system for changing
rolls.
