Fully automatic high speed tube filler for pastes and liquids.
Typically for cosmetics such as make-up, creams, general care products
such as shower gel, hair shampoo, hair gel, toothpaste, sun cream etc.
Suitable for plastic and laminated tubes with prefabricated, closed
lids. The high number of cycles with up to 75 cycles per minute is
achieved, among others, by using a timing belt drive instead of a
timing chain. The filling machine has a no-tube-no-filling function.
The dosing unit is included and is selected according to the product
characteristics. Stamping characters for e.g. batch printing are
integrated into the sealing jaw. Mitsubishi PLC, Weinview touch
